Attorney William W. Crossett has represented injured workers throughout Central New York since 1982. Mr. Crossett is the managing partner of Meggesto, Crossett & Valerino, LLP, known as MCV Law, comprised of lawyers, talented paralegals and helpful staff who have expertise in handling cases arising from accidents occurring on the job or sicknesses or illness that arise as a result of exposures from work. Additionally, MCV Law handles personal injury cases, auto accidents, labor law claims, and social security disability cases both associated with workplace injuries and other negligence. Mr. Crossett is a graduate of Syracuse University and DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. He has served as President of the Injured Workers Bar Association of New York, the Central New York Workers Compensation Bar Association, as well as Chair of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Workers Compensation. Mr. Crossett has been recognized by Super Lawyers, as a fellow in the College of Workers Compensation Lawyers, and maintains a high Avvo rating.
